My OBS Browser Source is blank or showing a stale verse

Why this happens
Browser Sources cache aggressively and OBS doesn't always know when to refresh. A single Properties-dialog tweak makes future services self-heal.
Steps to fix it
- Open the Browser Source properties
- Verify the URL
- Confirm Width × Height match your canvas
- Tick "Refresh browser when scene becomes active"
- Click "Refresh cache of current page"
